My approach is practical and hands-on. I look at what is happening in the crop, identify where improvements can be made, and work together with the team to put those improvements into practice.
I grew up in the Netherlands, right in the heart of the greenhouse industry. I gained my experience working with some of the largest greenhouse companies in the Netherlands. With 15+ years of experience as a cultivation specialist, I bring a strong practical background in professional greenhouse horticulture.
For the past 7 years, I have worked independently across the EU, supporting growers across different crops, climates and production systems.
